Role Overview
Our Client is seeking a driven and results-oriented New Business Sales Executive to expand their footprint within the Johannesburg market.
This is a pure B2B hunter role focused on prospecting, pitching, and closing new business within the Office Automation and Managed Print Services space. The ideal candidate is target-driven, confident in cold calling, and experienced in managing the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Active prospecting and cold calling to generate a consistent pipeline
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
Solution Selling
- Conducting on-site needs analyses
- Presenting tailored hardware and software solutions (MFPs, MPS, workflow solutions)
Full Sales Cycle Management
- Managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing
- Drafting proposals and quotations
- Negotiating and securing contracts
Relationship Management
- Ensuring smooth handover to operations
- Maintaining professional client engagement
Administration & Reporting
- Daily CRM updates
- Accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 2+ years successful B2B sales experience
- Experience in Office Automation / Managed Print / Print Solutions highly advantageous
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid South African drivers licence
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Strong cold-calling and face-to-face presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
Remuneration & Benefits
- Basic Salary: R10,000 - R20 000 per month
- Commission: Uncapped
- Tools of Trade: Company cellphone and laptop provided
- Travel: Petrol allowance provided (separate from basic salary)
